My name is Brian Erwin, owner of Divine Custom Homes, INC. I am not sure who these couple of people are that have left negative comments about my company. I have never dealt with anyone by the name of Kevin Smith. We hold ourselves, our employees and staff to the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. When you choose to deal with Divine Construction, you will receive a very quality project at a very affordable price. You will also receive an attention to detail that is unlike no other. When you put your trust in our company to complete your project, you will not be disappointed.
We had Brian build a second story deck for our home. The crew was professional, prompt, and did a great job! I also felt the price was comparable and he led us in the right direction for our project. He also honored the warranty and replaced wood as it naturally wears and settles. We will call divine custom homes for future projects.
Very disappointed. Brian has a lot to learn about how to treat customers. We wish him luck. Follow-up to Brian's comment: YES, we were potential customers of Brian's but we ended up not using his company. We simply changed the name we used to post the comment with. We did not use Brian's company because of his lousy, uncooperative attitude and misleading written estimates. Not to mention that we were not happy with Brian's explanations (which we considered shady) of certain aspects of the construction our project would require. All in all, it was a very sordid experience and we're glad we didn't go with Brian's company. We have no knowledge of Brian's dealings with other customers but certainly having only negative reviews both on google and yahoo, and having no reviews (positive or negative) on the business's Yelp page, despite being in business since 2007, speaks for itself. Not to mention 3 complaints with the Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years. You can't explain away all of the negative reviews on google and yahoo (and lack of any reviews on Yelp), and the 3 complaints with the Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years with a blurb response about how professional you are and what high standards you have. Most people are intelligent enough to figure out for themselves if they want to do business with a company based on the reviews/comments/complaints. Good luck.
Divine Custom Homes replaced our roof. The job was done well and in good time. No complaints.
We had a leaky roof and damage was done to our newly remodeled kitchen. Divine Custom Homes came out, replaced our roof, fixed the kitchen damage and went above and beyond what was expected of them. I would highly recommend them!!
