I called T Ryan Contracting to ask about pricing for a new roof. Tim provided me with a proposal for a new standing seam metal roof withing hours of my call, this was shocking to me at first, as other companies would not provide a quote for at least a month. As a smart consumer I was hesitant because of how smooth things were going. The price was above average and the proposal was very clear to understand. We decided to go with T Ryan Contracting because I felt they were very honest on how they do business. I was explained how the permitting and material process would take a few weeks and when my roof work would begin. Once started the materials arrived to my house and the crew started working 3 days later. Needless to say the work continued to go smoothly. Everyday the crew would clean up after them selves, picking up any debris that would fall off the roof, which was important to me as I have kids, and a dog that play in the yard. My roof was completed in a matter of 2 weeks and it looks absolutely beautiful. I am extremely happy with Tim and T Ryan Contracting and would recommend them to any and all of my neighbors.
