Centennial came to my home, assessed the need for a roof replacement, and provided photographic documentation and an itemized invoice to submit to my insurance company. This resulted in a re-adjustment and approval for roof replacement at invoice cost. Great communication throughout this entire process. The roofing crew that came to my home was very professional. My neighbors in the construction business mentioned to me the high quality of workmanship they observed as the roof was being installed. I also really appreciated the on-site supervisor who was able to address all my questions regarding the work. Overall, an outstanding customer experience with Centennial Roofing from start to finish.
