Quick response to estimate over the weekend. Great new opener installed, fast response, quality installation, great tech updated all my car remotes. Thanks
Tried to set up appt for a tech to view my doors operating to see if any maintenance might be needed. I was told they could have a tech drop by that day and that they would call before the came. No call/no show until 6Pm. No one attempted to call to advise me of delay. After waiting most of the afternoon, I was done with these folks. Will try another company. Day 1-received a call from someone at Wayne Overhead. Same difficult to hear phone with someone who is very difficult to hear on the line. Seems to talk in very low tone. (Thad my phone volume at high) Overall same communication issues as well as lack of insight regarding someone taking the time to wait them out when they were advised that it would not be an issue. In retrospect I should not have allowed the nebulous appt and caught a time that I would only be on site at that time. Lesson learned, no trust gained.
My cable broke on my garage door. Called Wayne overhead doors. Made an appointment for the next day. Technician called in the time frame given to me. He was knowledgeable. Had the door working in no time. Then lubricated hinges ,rails and wheels. Will definitely call again if I need to.
I’ve had very good experience with Wayne Overhead Door Sales over the past few years. A few weeks ago our two car garage door seem to lose the ability to stop at the end of his run. In our case it twisted the arm and bracket going from the screw drive into the wall because it didn’t stop pushing. The automatic stop because you were bumping into something did not seem to work. I got it working with the power rail and bracket twisted, but it was clear of the door was not closing correctly. I start saving up for I thought was going to be a major expense. I finally called Wayne earlier this week and the same day our technician Jonathan showed up. I described what happened and he said he thought he could fix it. About an hour later he called me to take a look. The door closed perfectly And there was no light at the top or the bottom of the door. It wasn’t a bad sensor in the garage door opener, but a clutch in the motor that needed to be adjusted. Jonathan also had to moved the long screw drive connection above the spring, and adjusted the arm coming down to the garage door to make it fit tighter. And he lubricated and tightened all the fittings on the door. The real shock was the total bill. All the work and adjustments in our cost was a little over $100 to get the whole job done. Great timely service at a fantastic price. Thanks Wayne!
Wayne Overhead and its staff have been fantastic to work with. Jaimie & Rhonda were great from the beginning call & Corey who came out to do the work was punctual and handled the project quickly and efficiently. I recommend Wayne Overhead!
