We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Universal Windows Direct. We hired them to install new gutters on our house. They did such a great job that we had them install a new front door, come back and install a dining room window, and then a year later we had them put in three more windows in our family room. Not only was the quality of work above and beyond our expectations, the staff was nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Dan, the owner, is amazing!!! Rob in sales awesome and easy to work with!! And Jeremy did great work!! We highly recommend them!

Don’t expect a quote without your husband or wife present. Maybe it was a sales tactic, but it stings like an old school mindset if you are a lady. As a salesperson myself, I know that there is no need for that kind of practice if you have a good product and fair price.
