Nicholas @ Franklin Renovation helped us out of a bind that another contractor had put us in. He came in with his crew and repaired all the defective work and put our roof back together in a professional manner. Did such a great job that you can't see where the patches were made. Its been several years and of course we have not had any leaks. Definitely recommend Franklin Renovation to anyone wanting to do it right the first time.

They did a great job and went above and beyond by helping us work with the insurance company to get a full roof replacement on a roof that was damaged 3+ years prior in the hurricane. We were so pleased with the work they did on the roof and skylights that we brought them back out to do new siding, flashing, and gutters. Surprisingly, they were able to start as soon as the following day! The crew was able to replace our roof in a single day, and did a great job cleaning up after. The final result looks great!
