Cavins came out and did my floors, rugs, and carpets. We have a dog and cats and kids and they made the place smell and look fresh and clean again. They told me they can’t do all rugs, but mine were made with a material that made it possible. Their guys were careful and thorough and very pleasant to interact with. After getting several price quotes they fell in line with pricing too, which was appreciated. I have had them out twice in three months as we have kittens and a two year old, and both times they were great! I definitely recommend their services.

Cavins was so professional when they came out to do some painting and maintenance at our office. We needed the front power washed and painted, and a light remodel inside and basic repairs to our walls. Paid them to clean our carpets. Half way through their carpet shampooing machine broke and spewed black soapy water all over our carpet. The guys just packed up and left. I called and talked to Gary and he said they had no record of me ever doing business with them. I will be suing these crooks!

Scheduled with Hank Hester and he and Blake came on time and even offered a discount. Hank offered some additional services to help with my problems and now my carpets look and smell great..

We had our carpets cleaned today. Hank and his assistant did a great job. They treated pet stains and some we didn’t even realize we had. The carpet looks and smells great. We will definitely use them again.
