I was having issues with a sprinkler system at a house I just bought. Had a leak, as well as several heads that leaked water. First worker came out and worked for an hour. I was charged for 1.25 hours. Part of his hour was also spent standing in my yard on the phone. He told me I had no leak, even when I pointed out the leaking valve to him. He also did not want to do any work. Had to really push him to perform an work on re-positioning heads and he would not fix any of the heads that were leaking water. I called the company when I got my $111 bill. They apologized and told me they would send someone out to replace the valve and look at the heads, they would wave all the charges. A second guy, much nicer, kept saying he was there to work as long as he could since he was working by the hour, fixed the valve and worked on some heads for me. He worked for less than 1.75 hours, billed me for 2 hours. I then recieved a $220 bill in addition to my first. The company now says it will not waive the bill due to their poor service, and wont honor their arrangement with me. They did take off $20 bucks of my now $330 bill for something that should have been done in one trip. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Dont care about the customer and are over-charging. I would never have them out to do anything ever again.
