After shopping around and getting over 6 estimates we selected Gustafson Roofing and Painting to complete our job. Not only was it a competitive price , the job they did was impeccable. The workers were always on time, the work was done with complete professionalism and perfection, and the office staff kept us in the loop every step of the way. We did have a small hiccup after the roof tile was laid down, but Gustafson was right their resolving the problem. After the roof was "waterproofed", We had Gustafson Industries paint the exterior , and that staff was also nice, thorough, and amazing to work with. We highly recommend anyone looking for a roofer/and painter, that you use Gustafson Industries!!

TERRIBLE customer service & scheduling. 3 homes in my neighborhood have been without tiles for 3 months or more after Gustafson ripped them off, then let them sit. Other companies have come in and done the job complete within 2 weeks. I will NOT use Gustafson EVER!!! They deserve 0 stars.

I want to share with all, that I had an excellent experience with this company- I worked with a gentleman name Evan and he was very professional and honest with what i needed with my roof. After inspection, there were a list of things i had to do to the roof and estimate of $700 plus. Evan was very honest and share that although slightly cracked, there was no need for replacement. As a professional roofer he explained to me why. This is very rare to find, someone honest and professional. Anyone looking for a honest company i highly recommend this company.

My parents have a home in West Palm Beach, and they needed my help finding a good company to help with their roof. Gustafson Roofing not only responded quickly, but they came out and did the job perfectly. Their house looks great, and they are very happy with their new roof.

Worst Roofing Company!! I am a Manager of several communities and they do not get back to you until they feel like it. I have work orders called in after hurricane Irma and no one has came by yet to address. I call the office and they always say someone is coming to the property but no one comes. I had the same issue with them at Lancaster. Thankfully I found a more responsive more experienced roofing company who have exceptional customer Service skills. DONT HIRE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT! I was told multiple times that Mike the supervisor would call and he did not until he found out we got a different roofer.
