My Insurance Company recommended Paul Davis Restoration, and I found working with these folks to be as stress-free as anything of this nature could possibly be. The Technicians, Project manager, and Administrative Personnel walked me through all processes necessary to address the damage, showed me the results, and were a joy to work with. from beginning to completion. I would hire these guys again, with no hesitation whatsoever, and I recommend their company highly.
DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID!!!! We came home from a vacation to find our ice maker leaking. Resulting damage required our hardwood floors be replaced and we used Paul Davis as a recommendation from our insurance company. The invoice had false charges for storage units but our furniture that was moved to our garage for storage. The charges were never removed, the project managers (multiple) involved all had reasons the project was dragging on after the the floors were refinished twice due to the PM not using the correct poly coat. Invoice included charges for labor and services that were not performed, when the owner finally got involved after my insistance and looking for some customer service, it didn't get any better. HVAC issues due to poor subs used, no accountability to help correct the issues and poor communication. So after a 2-3 week project that was still ongoing for a year with Paul Davis as the general contractor and still wasn't right, I received a notice for a contractors lien. Spoke with the owner multiple times regarding the false charges and provided my figures for what was owed. He never had a response for me on the final amount for me to pay, which I offered to due immediately and finally collected the inflated lien amount as we sold our home due to a job move. Owner stated that all the extra charges were in lieu of interest and fees!! Evidently it's ok to invoice for false charges but to hear Bill actually try to justify the inflated invoice that was never corrected from day one, pathetic. Although it is right in line with entire experience we had from day one. My advice, find a trust worthy company and one that has integrity and knows how to treat a customer. I wonder if the owner will have the guts to respond to this review. If he does, I doubt he will take any responsibility for any of the issues or issue me any refund for the extra charges.

Unfortunately Paul Davis has been a disappointment for us. Our single bath project started early December 2017 and was finished 06 April 18. Quality of work and communication was poor. Makes us upset even talking about it. Thank goodness it is over. Never again. Overcommitted and under resoutced.
The guy's came out within a couple of hours, set out their equipment, & got to work, right away. One of the guys, Been, was very personable, explained the process, & made sure we understood everything. He really put us at ease.
