I've used Steve McCoy of shoreline pressure washing for 7 years! I've referred him to many of my clients over the yrs and not one unsatisfied customer !! Everyone loves his work because he takes his time to make sure everything's done right he is extremely courteous and professional !! A very nice person ! I would never use anyone else! He gets a 5 out of 5 !!

A terrible experience. Last year was good, this year was different. They washed out all of the sand on my brick pavers. Steven's customer service skills and professionalism were lacking. He was also passive aggressive about getting paid (to put it nicely). He left a wet and illegible invoice under the doormat. I mailed him a full-payment check for $300 to the address on his website within a week. When I inquired to make sure he received payment (because the check had cashed) he ranted that I sent it to the wrong address and then insinuated I was trying stiff him. What? Wow.

We contacted Steven about washing our home, screened porch, pool deck, walkways, and vinyl fence. We received a quote from him the same day, and the work was done the following week. Professional, prompt, courteous, and very affordable. Highly recommend! Bill & Cheryl Fletcher Bluffton SC
