Saved me 50k, had 4 contractors comes give me it's on a commercial property I have in West Palm Beach all was within 60 to 70 thousand. Had Rossi Roofing come over he said I had about another 2 to 3 years left on my roof he can do repairs for under 10. Thank God because I did not want to have to get financing on a new roof. Did the repairs within 3 weeks. No leaks all is good. he did not have to do anything that was not needed. Thank you Ron so so much and your crew for being so nice. Regards Wayne. He did a roof repair on my barrel tile roof, and it started leaking again about a year later. He came back out, and fixed it with no charge, and no problem. That was about 3 years ago, and still no further problem. Gotta respect a company that stands behind their warranty.
