Had a roof put on two years ago and have tried 5 separate times to contact Adam. Just as the other review says Adam claims he didn't get a call. My garage roof started leaking almost mediately after it was installed so I contacted him 3 times with no responce. I still have the emails to prove this and phone records. It's funny that email address worked to confirm the job and payment. Now that my house roof is leaking I contacted Adam again 3 times with no response so I contacted the BBB which was a waste of time. Adam claims there's no warranty to his work. That's a high quality individual... he claimed there must've been storm damage which there has been zero significant storms in our area to cause roof damage. Just excuses! At the time he put on the roof and he left it "finished" I noticed a part of my garage didn't have any wood just shingles to the roof. So I contacted him and he blamed his workers for that. My guess is, this is probably what is wrong with the few areas of my garage roof... that he just covered up something that needed to be fixed. I had to get a different roofer to come out and take care of one of the leaks on my house. He noticed that the ridge cap vent was also not shingled properly so I'm going to have to have that fixed as well. DONT waste your money on this guy. Adam is clearly trying to cut corners and can't and won't stand behind his work.

Called to set up a small repair in the morning, left message---they returned my call and said they would be there that afternoon----NO CALL NO SHOW---never heard from them again
