CZR did an outstanding job for me. Shingle roof totally replaced in less than a day and a half. Crew was very efficient and left no debris. I did not find a single nail in the yard. Communication with Chris was good via email. Permitting process was fast and the only real delay in the project was waiting for a day it would not rain so the old roof could get torn off. Pricing was fair and in line with other estimates. Another owner in my area also recommened CZR after having thier roof done. Best part of dealing with CZR is they did not want any money up front. We have all heard those contractor horror stories. In fact, payment was never asked for or expected unti final inspection was done. In my case that was almost a week after the project was completed. Called about three times to schedule a roofing replacement after receiving a quote. Kept being told they were still three weeks out and would call me. Never received a call and they never actually asked for my phone number. I finally gave up and went with another company.
