I live in a rent house that needed a new roof, badly. Due to me living in a rent house, I didn't get to choose the roofing company. However, Kincaid Roofing did a wonderful job! Brandi and Kyle were both ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to work with. They both kept me in the loop with the progress of the roof the entire time. Brandi, the office manager, gave me her cell phone number to call her at any time if I had questions. She was so kind, helpful, and hospitable. I'm very grateful to the Kincaid Roofing Company team! He worked beautifully with our insurance adjuster and explained the entire roofing process step-by-step. He answered all our questions thoroughly and in easy-to-understand language. The crew that worked on the roof did an excellent job, stayed on schedule, and genuinely cared about us as a customer. They cleaned up the area beautifully, too. Called for an estimate. Initially everything went great, then we started having a hard time getting them to respond. They knew that we needed the work urgently, but, long story short, they strung us around for a month and then said they couldn't do our roof, no explanation-- all of this when we had also asked them an estimate for windows. Needless to say, we're getting both windows and roof from someone else, but we wanted to warn potential customers against them. From the review, it looks like when they do the work they're all right, but stringing along customers and then hanging them out to dry is very unprofessional.
