Franklin came to give us a quote for a brand new roof and He was not the first quote we received. We had two others from companies who offered to help us and meet our needs but they didn’t come close to offering what we really appreciated-a down to earth approach and an honest answer on cost and repairs and with a sense of urgency and care. Franklin answered all of our questions without hesitation and with honesty. And when the roofing repair team showed up at our door at 6:45am, sharp the next day, we were not surprised. Franklin delivered on his promise and with an incredible job to prove it! Our new roof is BEAUTIFUL! Every detail was attended to and with such specialized craftsmanship. They completed our roof within 24 hours and we have a unique roof in that there are many A-lines and curvatures that aren’t easy to manipulate and detail, yet all were managed with precision and care. And we appreciated that Franklin and his father were at our house throughout the entire process, overseeing the team and making sure every detail was perfect. They knocked it out of the park, on every level, with customer service being their first priority.
