Completely unprofessional. Never got the quote they promised day after day after day. I am a real estate agent. I was representing an out of town customer that was selling his home. A buyer came up with an estimate to get roof work done to the house as a part of the deal. I was pointed to APEX to get a quote to ensure the buyer that the other roofer's quote was legitimate. I called APEX to get an estimate on a Monday and informed them of my situation and that time was of the essence. They said they would get someone out Tuesday. Tuesday they came up with a solution to the problem on the roof which included taking the tile roof off and putting on shingles!?, but no estimate. Every time I called I was assured someone would be getting back to me by such and such a time, called back after the deadline passed got another promise and another missed deadline. Long story short, they never gave me an estimate and kept me hanging on when I could have found someone else. The person who answered my calls was put on the spot every time I called and had to apologize that he had no quote. If they couldn't handle my request, they never should have told me they would get back to me.

Its refreshing to finally deal with a professional roofing contractor. I have heard many good things about APEX ROOFING and was happy that I called them. I had a very bad experience with another roofing co. that shall remain nameless. Luckily Apex handled my insurance claim and they even got me a better result than I expected. My husband and I highly recommend.
