Was getting multiple quotes to re-roof my rental property in Spring. Anthony came out and sat down with me. Told me he could not give me a quote until he got on the roof because there may be issues with the wood, and he would have to feel the roof and see exactly what was wrong. I thought this was very professional. He came back the next day with a quote which was reasonable. After getting several others I decided to go with Anthony. He showed up during the job and said hello too. I was very anxious but he was very professional. Made the whole thing easier than I thought it was going to be.

At the onset, I had not considered calling my insurance carrier but Tanner convinced me that it was worth a try because the most they could say was no. Well, they didn't say no. They paid the entire cost for the home and the detached garage. His crew arrived promptly at 7 AM. They made sure all my surrounding foliage was protected from falling debris and completed both buildings in 9 hours including total cleanup and several sweeps with the magnets that collected stray nails.
