Cortez roofing is purposely not returning phone calls. I have roof shingles falling off less than a year after being installed. Mr Cortez has done nothing to try and make this right. All he does is avoid calls. But he was sure to be on time and call to collect his money when the job was done. And he didn't even check the status of the job. I will make sure to do everything in my power to make sure everyone in San Antonio knows what crappy customer service and that he is a complete scammer and just wants to take your money and do a horrible job.

Subcontracted out to a crew that was horrible. Roof flashing is uneven and unconnected in spots, ridge vents were installed but not given gaps for airflow. Trash left all over trees and yard. Over a year and have not been able to get resolved.

If they work like they drive , I wouldn't hire them
