Good quality of work on the roof shingles and completed the job in rather quick fashion - just 2 days. However, they did not replace flashing in all of the areas where it was before which I had asked about. They explained flashing was not needed due to the strong underlayment. When they returned to collect the payment, I asked about it again and Mark admitted that they should have replaced the flashing in the areas I asked about (especially in the area behind the chimney) and indicated they would return to complete this portion of the job. I was trusting of Mark and decided to pay him. After this, I never heard from him again nor would he answer my calls/return my voicemails. The lack of flashing has led to fascia boards rotting in certain areas and I am concerned about potential wood rot on the back of the chimney. Rating would be higher but the fact that such a simple portion of the job could not be completed nor followed up on detracts. I tried to contact them again recently and still no response. I will have to pay another company to come out to fix what they couldn't.

They do great work. Everything has held up fine through Mathew and Irma and back when the roof was put on, they helped out with some old rotten wood and old gutters. Good price and quality service.
