Absolutely recommend to anyone who not only needs to replace or repair a roof, but needs to deal with home insurance to do it. A storm damaged my roof and caused a leak into my master bedroom. I called several roofers with either no call backs or no shows at our appointments. I finally called Presidio and received a call back from Jacob within a day. He was able to get a crew to my house that day at tarp the roof before even more rain came in. I felt very uneasy in this whole process and really didn't know how to handle it, but Jacob was in constant communication, worked with my schedule, worked with my insurance and now I have the most beautiful roof. The roofers that installed my roof were polite and courteous (even at 7 a.m.), and cleaned up everything when they left. I am extremely happy (and relieved) with my entire interaction with Presidio.

I didn't even know I needed a new roof for sure but these guys were fantastic. They came out, looked at my roof and walked me how the insurance goes for getting a new roof due to hail damage. They showed up when they said they would and communicated clearly. I couldn't imagine a better experience!

My husband and I had such a pleasant experience with Presidio. They are extremely professional and went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for us. They took care of all the insurance issues and we even got a transferable warranty which will be a nice selling point when we sell the house. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
