I dreaded having to deal with insurance adjusters and roofing contractors due to hail damage when a neighbor of mine recommended I talk with Burton Hughes with New View Roofing. Burton is an excellent communicator who walked me through the whole process which turned out to be amazingly simple. He met with me and the insurance adjuster to go through the inspection, expedited the paperwork and I had a new roof within the week. They also had the damaged gutters and window screens replaced and my fence power washed and stained like new. Burton has a dynamic personality that would fit right in on HGTV. He should have his own show on roof and home repair issues titled "Come Hail or High Water"! I'd watch and learn. Bryant H
