Had my roof done in 2017, Jon Wells my project manager he was very professional and worked with my insurance to make sure everything that was damaged was replaced. The crews were on time and completed my roof ahead of schedule! Thanks again K Simon for all of your help! I highly recommend their services to anyone, there honesty and integrity is more then I've experienced with other contractors.

Did roof replacement in 2014. Had roof damage from storm in 2019. Insurance Adjuster discovered K Simon did not replace chimney caps, flashing, etc. I contacted K Simon and they were rude and stone walled me. Would not discuss the work that was not done. K Simon has website that collects leads all over country, run crew in, "do a job" then leave. These guys are shysters. cons. Avoid them.
