As a local business owner and seeing the way Tecta is ran on the interior I am surprised they have a operations in Florida. I have personally watched employee of this company be harassed, slandered, while having to work hostile working environments by upper management and project leads that obviously due to written and verbally communication to said employee have severe anger issues and resort to child like behavior to settle any issues they may have. I feel Tecta America would be far better off without these stooges running there operations bulking there way through the industry. Bill Gibbs and Jim Galerani Are a joke.
