Stuart Roofing just completed my new metal roof. I couldn’t be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful. I very highly recommend them. When they said they would do something, they did it. Nice to be dealing with a thoroughly honest company.

The contractors for this company are very rude and inconsiderate. They couldn’t care less after they get your money. We are listing our house for sale next door to a site where they are working and the contractor refused to move his car from in front of my property line when he pulled in and parked in the middle of a video shoot. He told me I could call the police about it. I have never experienced such selfish rudeness from a “professional.” There are much more reputable and friendly options to use, no reason to recommend Stuart Roofing.

Take all the negative reviews to heart. Don’t use these guys. There are plenty of other roofing companies. Working with them has been an expensive nightmare. Don’t make the same mistake.

Extremely poor level of customer service. I am selling my house and the inspector found moisture in the attic (12/5). I looked through the records and found that Stuart roofing had installed the roof so I gave them a call. No one answered so I left a message. When no one had called me back I went on their website and requested every appointment I could through their online system and finally someone called me back Monday (12/10). I stressed that the closing date for my house was 12/28 and I needed this dealt with quickly, so they said someone would be out Friday (12/14). Someone showed up on Friday with just a clipboard asking to see the leak, I explained to them it was in the attic and they would need a ladder, which they didnt have (what roofer shows up without a ladder). Instead I showed them the pictures from the inspection, which they asked me to email to them, something that could have been done after we talked on the phone previously. The person then told me they were just there to check it out and someone else would have to come out to fix it. I stresses again that I needed it done ASAP and they said someone would be out the next week but they couldnt give me a date yet. So the entire next week I called daily and was given the run around each time, the woman on the phone said they were trying to reach the person who installed the roof (who she said is her father) to see if it was still under warranty. I dont know why two weeks in they were just beginning to check on that but finally after multiple calls they said someone would be out 12/26 to fix it. Now today, 12/27 i called at 1pm to get a needed report on what they fixed, to which they told me they would email right over, and at 4pm I am still waiting, with my house supposed to close tomorrow morning. Highly recommend staying away from this company for your own sanity.

This company made sure we were taken care of in a time of desperate need. We paid another company to install, and was months with no response. Refunded money and made arrangements with Stuart roofing. There crew worked all day in the sun to strip and lay tar paper. Redid 60+ feet of facia rot, and was back a week later to shingle after inspection... all during the middle of hurricane season. This company saved my family from a nervous breakdown. No roof, no house. This company went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Appreciated and respected -The Petrovich Family
