Rich the Roofer fixed my property after a hail storm. The service was quick and done extremely well. They also did a great job of clean up. They did a great job of taking care of us.

We recently hired Rich the Roofer to repair the hail damage incurred by the last hail storm! We were very pleased with the results and service....Rich worked with the adjuster to make sure all damage was covered and he was completely thorough in attention to detail! I had already talked to, and passed on, half a dozen other roofing companies when Rich knock on my door. But his polite, friendliness made me want to give him the benefit of the doubt. He patiently explained the pictures he took of the damaged areas and walked me around the house showing me other signs of damage I had overlooked. I wasn't looking forward having to deal with my insurance and mortgage company, but once they were informed he was my contractor, I never had to deal with them again. The work has been done in a surprisingly timely manner and everything looks great. I won't hesitate to call him the next time north Texas weather wreaks havoc on my roof.
