Great experience with this company. Last year they worked on my 1930's home foundation and were very thorough. The owner explained exactly what they were doing and even took before and after pictures under the house. The owner closely supervised his staff to ensure the work was done correctly. I recently called them for a follow up visit for an adjustment and they were prompt (already working in my area) in their response. I was fortunate to have found this company and can't say enough good things about the service. The owner told me to give him a call anytime I needed an adjustment. He also gave me tips on how to minimize the moisture under my house. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. Requested a bid evaluation of pier and beam house for leveling, scheduled an appointment. Address given, staff could not find home, would not answer phone, only texting to get directions. I was trying to assist them in finding our home, and instead of trying to find us they just turned around but didn't let me know. I had to ask (through text message) if I should still be expecting them- an hour after appointment scheduled. Texted response "no I don't think we are able to make it." Unprofessional communication and not customer service friendly.
