My experience with mag builders was easy. They setup free inspection at MY Convenience and didn't push me into a time that didn't fit my schedule. They worked witg my insurance company to not only get me a new roof but an upgraded roof adding value to my home I was about to put on market. I also respect there integrity and honesty about following the laws that I had no idea existed and previous roofing companys tried to sweep under the rug to get me to sign. I was originally referred to Mag Builders earlier this year from a family friend of mine in search of a having my roof and siding replaced. I had expressed to him how awful my experience had been with previous roofers and their seemingly negligent work. I have always taken pride in any remodeling or repairs, being that my home is my family's investment. From the first phone call, to the assessment of repairs, and to completion of all the repairs, Mag Builders showed integrity and professionalism along with exceptional work! The quality of products they provided and tedious but timely installment was uncomparable to anything my family and I had experienced. Also, the extended warranties we received with their products was the icing on the cake. Even after finding a few stray nails (which had been explained in the assessment) Mag Builders went above and beyond with a follow up with our family.
