Been a customer of Allied Siding and Windows for several years. Sam called to let me know of a delay in arrival. Once upon my location, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the quick response to my service call. Very appreciated. Keep up the great job.

So far so good!!! I had completely forgot I was doing a walk through this morning to get a quote and Jim was right on time to remind me lol. He was courteous and professional and took the time to explain things to me in layman’s terms. He was even willing to work around my roofers replacing my old roof and dodging the random shingles falling from my eve. I’d definitely recommend this company so far. I’ll leave another review after work is completed to let you know how that went but I am sure it will be a great experience.

I have been waiting for 15 months for Allied to deal with two warranty issues. They have sent 4 separate people/crews to my home in the last year and only after 13 months and a Better Business Bureau complaint did they contact the manufacturer on my behalf to get the ball rolling on fixing one of the two issues. Now they have sent a work crew to match paint colors (for one of the issues - faded caulk and touch-up paint on our siding) but for two weeks have not replied via voicemail, text, or email to tell me what the work crew will be doing, and the poor work crew is not at liberty to give me that information. I am not comfortable with a crew working on my home when no one will reply to my calls, texts, or emails to tell me what they are going to do! Unless you plan to spend more than a year trying to get them to honor their warranty or even reply to a call or email, I would advise that you find another company. Once the Better Business Bureau complaint with all the details has been posted publicly I will link it here for you to see.

Trust and a quality product. This will be the second home that Allied has put new windows and doors. Tell them to send Darren. He works hard to make everything work. Can’t wait until the new windows and doors arrive.

What a Joke! Purchased a whole house window replacement in June 2016, the manufacture is Simonton with a 20 year replacement warranty. I live in the DFW area. Immediately had to have 2 of the 40+ windows replaced and it goes down hill from there. Allied and Simonton obviously do not have a good working relationship, and they can not communicate. 3 different times they sent the wrong size windows, installer blames the manufacturer and vise versa. 1 year to the day later, numerous, texts, emails, phone calls and unreturned messages, an extra $150, I finally had the windows replaced. The local office is in Grapevine and corporate in the Houston area. You can never get a manager to return a call, the staff can not communicate with each other the Houston office blames the DFW office and so on. I would pay double the price of our windows to avoid this Allied Windows and Siding.
