I want to start by saying that my husband and I have had people come out to our house to give us quotes or to do a job. Darren came out today to quote us on our windows and did an amazing job. He made the experience easy and very pleasant. Sometimes my husband and I joke saying that was two hours of my life I’ll never get back, I cannot say that about Darren. He did such an amazing job and represented his company amazingly. We are super excited to get our windows and doors re-done.
Darryn Finn he presented your product well. I was looking for a covered walkway between my house and garage. After the interview I felt that Your company had to qualify people and knowledge and the ability To deliver What I'm looking for. Therefore I feel That your company be a qualified bidder to do this project at my house. Jim
Tim came by today and gave a consult and estimate for siding and painting of my house. He was professional, timely and informative. He answered all of my questions and gave a competitive estimate. I am looking forward to start and completion of this project.
The Allied representative (Andy) was extremely professional With his experience he was able to properly assess my request. He was able to give me a couple of ideas that would enhance the look of my home. I truly appreciate his time.
Update 3/19/2019: Project Manager called and told me they would get started on Monday of this week at 8am. I took a vacation day to take care of our dogs while they worked and make sure they got off to a good start. They didn't show up at 8am, so I contacted the Project Manager and he said they were running late trying to pick up material. 2pm rolls around... still no one. I tried contacting the Project Manager again.... no answer. I emailed Allied... no response. They finally show up at 4:30pm and tell me they are very sorry and will be back tomorrow at 8am and bring their "best crew". Well... It's 9am now. I'm late for work. And not so much as a phone call from Allied or the Project Manager. So it seems Allied is sure great at selling you an expensive repair and getting you to sign a contract, but when it comes time to do the work, they drop the ball. - Original Post: The estimation process so far has been very convenient. I called Allied. They set up an appointment. Their estimator James called me and gave me a heads up, that he would be arriving soon. He was personable and knowledgeable. He took some measurements and worked up an estimate on-site while I waited. He provided pricing for 4 different solutions so that I could choose which one fit our needs and our budget. I'll revisit here once the work is complete and update this review. So far, so good.
