Very courteous professional any time I call John answer the phone promptly and what he told me on the front end happened on the back end nothing changed in between my experience was very positive with prime Roofing he put the extra work in to make sure I was a happy customer he was on the job site supervisor the job from beginning to end I'm totally satisfied with my experience recommend them to my friends and family John goes the extra mile for his customers thank you

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. From the beginning when I met Mr. John Tisher, he assured me that the entire job would be done my expectations. Well not only did he accomplish that, but he would stop by and check up to make sure we didnt have any issues arise. Great guy, great company.

I'll give them 1 star, as the roof looks good. But "looks" good, not tested yet... hopeful it doesn't leak. They promised quite a bit, and then as soon as work started, those promises immediately were lost. Don't count on them contacting and working with your insurance company either. You'll end up paying more with Prime than others, even though they make it sound like they will save you money. Would not recommend Prime Roofing to anyone, stay away.

Great company!! Back in August prime roofing did our roof.and did a wonderful job.they we're very professional . Our sales rep Jay Odell was very honest and extremely professional we are well pleased thank you !!!!!
