Received a bid from another vendor and the price was triple what I had anticipated and they said they couldn’t begin in 90+ days. Ken and team were professional and agile in submitting the bid in a timely manner. His price was reasonable and he explained what he was going to do very thoroughly. We contacted many local roofing companies to deal with roofing repairs and half didn't even show up when scheduled for an estimate, several came and said they didn't deal with repairs but would be happy to roof the entire house, and others said it would be literally months before they could schedule a repair.
