Paid less than a third of what they owe the supplier and been ignoring us since, been almost 6 months. We had to contact the landowner to put a lien on the land which has it been done yet because they were very Cooperative but they already paid Mission Custom Homes for the material that was purchased. The landowner had to contact him and was told that he didn't pay us because he didn't like the material we brought but that could have been fixed if we knew about the problem but delivered over 200 yards without a word, then concrete was poured over the foundation and still no word before all work was done. Neither was the landowner was made aware of this.
