Robert and his crew did an amazing job replacing the siding and gutters on our home. They were on time, professional, on budget and I cannot find one single flaw in the work they did for us. They also did my son's house and my Mother in Law's home in Richardson. Same response from them. I would definitely recommend Robert and his crew for anything on your house.

I contacted Robert expecting just a simple siding repair but I am amazed at the work they have done on my home. The Maintenance Free Exteriors crew replaced all of the siding on my home along with installing new windows on the lower level. Robert was present every step of the process and helped explain everything to me in layman's terms which was pleasantly different from the construction jargon I have received from companies in the past. In addition, Robert suggested a new back patio door to accentuate the new siding and windows and I am in awe at the transformation of my home. This company was hands down the most professional contractor and crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will definitely be contacting them again for future projects and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The Maintenance Free Exteriors team completely transformed the exterior of my house and has dramatically changed the curb appeal of my home! As a working mom finding time to get a bid is a bit of a challenge. I read the reviews of this company on home advisor and called multiples times to set up appointments. The first one they didn't ever show up, I gave them 45 minutes then called and spoke to a man who said he was going to look into it and call me back. I never received a call back. Trying to be understanding I called back a few days later and the owner of the company answered. He apologized and said he was personally going to come out to give us an estimate. After taking off work another day for the appointment, another employee calls me two hours before the appointment to cancel. I have not heard from them since. Wish I was able to leave a review on their work but I just haven't been able to get them to show up to the appointments they set.

Our company is unique as we don’t produce "normal" homes, but I truly believe that Maintenance Free Exteriors can do it ALL! If you need any work done to your house, whether it be exterior or interior, I would not trust anyone but Maintenance Free to do the job. I even went with this company when the hailstorm hit our personal house in Highland Village a couple months back and we needed a new roof. Call these guys, you won't regret it!
