I had them to my house twice to fix the same leak. Even though they say the work will have a warranty I had to pay both times for a leak in the same place. The roof still leaks and they will no longer return my calls. These are the type of roofers your parents warned you about UPDATE TO REPLY TO OWNER. Hi guys, of course this is not my real name, but it is definitely your company. I have the invoices where I paid twice for the same spot. You told me that even though the leak was in the exact spot as before, that it was a different problem and I would have to pay again. So I did. You came a third time to examine the same leak, but never followed up and now my calls are not returned. I have moved to another company and hopefully they have a different skill set and can actually repair the issue.
