We had sunshine roofing replace our shingle roof with metal 1 year ago. We thought we had a leak, when I called they came the same day! A Friendly employee took the time to help find the source which was actually a window and not the roof! I would highly recommend this company to any one! Great competitive prices and quality work to back it up.

A representative came out promptly. but did not follow up with an estimate as promised. Took a couple of phone calls. After signing a contract for a metal roof, communications were unsatisfactory. Company was hard to reach. Did not return calls. Didn't turn up to start on the agreed day to start without even a call! At other times, they didn't come at times they said they would. No real supervision. Orange can of marking paint accidentally dropped from the roof. Totally unprepared for a cleanup! Poor job cleaning up metal siding, porch, steps, and pavers. Promised over and over to come back and clean. Returned to make a correction on the roof itself after I pointed out it was unacceptable. Withheld $100. No final statement from the company and no metal roofing guarantee after 2 months and many phone calls! All issues with Sunshine Roofing are now settled to our satisfaction.

I called Sunshine Roofing the morning after Hurricane Irma because the entire East side of my roof had disappeared after the storm. I NEVER expected them to be out lightning fast like they were but to my surprise Jamie was in my driveway the next day with a price and putting tarps so the damage would not get any worse. I was in tears when I saw him so quickly .... my power had not even been restored yet!!! I upgraded to a metal roof and had a shiny new roof before my neighbors even got estimates (I gave them ALL Sunshine Roofing's cards as I was the envy of the neighborhood) he even quoted and completed most of my neighborhood. Excellent Service and Price's!!! Call Sunshine first you will not be disappointed!! From estimate to payment very professional and helpful!!
