Duncan Custom Gutter installed a screened enclosure on our back porch. It wasn't an easy task - lots of different angles to connect. But Derek designed a very nice looking space. He even researched and found a specialty pet door that is activated by a transmitter we can attach on our dog's collar, which lets the dog go out into the backyard but keeps the cat in the screened porch. The Duncan crew was very friendly and professional. I could tell they worked well together and enjoyed their work.

Absolutely amazing customer service and excellent work! We were quickly given a quote and able to get an install date. My wife did not like the color scheme suggested and requested all downspouts match the installed gutters. Downspouts were installed using the provided recommendation and quote instead of the revised color scheme. After pointing this out, Derek quickly came out and changed all downspouts to the color requested - no grief or hesitation. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service!
