I should have read the previous reviews -- they're all spot on. This was The Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Period. I'm shocked that these guys actually get business. We tried to get an estimate from them. They called 3 times before each estimate to make sure we were home. They then didn't show up. The last conversation went like this: Me: "If it's this hard to get an estimate, then how hard will it be get work done? I'm not interested anymore" Them: "Good. Great. I'd love to cancel. Don't call us back. Goodbye." Hang up. And I won't call them back. Avoid these guys, there are far better contractors out there.

Well, my experience is exactly like the previous reviewers. Terrible. I didn't even get the estimator to come at the appointed time. This was a door to door salesman and we scheduled an appt for later in the week. They left a message the day before to 'remind' me of the appt. But THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! When I called to see where they were, the manager said he was waiting on me to call him back and tried to reach me numerous times - all untruths (as confirmed by caller ID and lack of messages on answering machine). What poor business practice this is. Don't even bother with them. He also had the nerve to say that 'this was their busiest time of the year.' Well then don't come knocking on my door looking for business, is my response. Sigh.

Terrible... RIP (no pun intended) OFF No respect from the workers, they installed the new windows and I noticed there were smudges all over them. I asked them to clean them before they left and the guy laughed at me, said their job was to install not clean... When the salesman came to pick up his check (later that day), I made him clean every window, inside and out in his suit before I would give him the check, I told him that he needs to show his workers how to have better customer service. Idiots. I was promised the best of the best for the windows... I had another contractor come do some work after and he told me the windows were equivalent to something you would pick up from Lowes. They ran my wife and my credit when we were planning to pay cash, just annoying, they assured us they were not going to run the credit and we both just saw it on our credit reports. There should be a zero star

The most disorganized bunch of Yahoos I've ever employed to complete remodeling on my house. I'm still waiting for a signed contract, important, since the contract becomes your material and work guarantee. I've tried numerous times to rectify the situation and have spoken to Jim personally to no avail. The crew tromped on my garden, which I pointed out to Rob the project manager, but I'm still waiting for a resolution. They botched the schedule and the crew arrived at another house, which caused all manner of confusion. I think they did a good job with the installation, but no one from the company, except the crew chief, actually went up on the roof to inspect that the work was done properly. So, we have to rely on an unsigned contract as my guarantee. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Think twice before using this company.
