We just hired Johnathan Andrews to install new floating laminate flooring for a screened deck-converted-into-sunroom and also insulate the underside of the new room. Aside from doing a great job for an astonishingly good price, he was punctual and friendly throughout the job. He also continuously looked for ways to improve the end result as he worked through the job. He actually ended up building practically a new crawl space under our sunroom. Communication was superb and any unexpected issues always ended up being pleasant surprises. We intend to use him as our go-to for a variety of jobs needed for our home.

Johnathan with Protects is a very knowledgeable, honest and conscientious person that gets the job done. I initially contacted him for pest removal last Fall and he eradicated the problem within a few months (after periodically checking traps, etc.); then sealed up holes. He did extensive work in crawl space...treated mold, replaced insulation, installed vapor barrier & dehumidifier, sealed holes and cracks. He took "before and after" pics and videos so I felt confident of his work. He's reasonable/punctual and I highly recommend him.

Wow you don't meet professionals like Jonathan everyday, I placed a call to protech when I Noticed a bat in my a/c vent he came out to my home the very next day. He inspected my attic and removed the bat and explained this was an isolated incident, no colony thank goodness he also advised me on what to do to prevent further intrusion. I would and will recommend Jonathan and his company to anyone requiring qualified, honest and affordable pest removal service!!
