My husband and I received many bids before finally selecting McVay Brothers. Our decision was based on their honesty and integrity. We had asked for a bid for all new windows and doors along with siding. During the estimate process, McVay told us that our siding was fine and did not need to be replaced. Instead they suggested that getting it painted would be a less expensive way to spruce it up!! That advice saved us several thousand dollars!! Thank you!!!! We love our new windows and doors, and recommend anyone wanting to invest in their home without breaking the bank, look to McVay!!

15 years after installation I had a minor issue which was quickly and graciously fixed it no charge. I appreciated their professionalism and customer loyalty. I would highly recommend them.

The windows we had installed were very reasonably priced and considerably cheaper than their competition. It's wonderful having clear windows and McVay was able to put sliders in our 8' window that others said they couldn't do or would be too costly. The installation crew was a little late getting to the site but they sent 2 crew members ahead to start and when the rest got there they got the job done in short order. All of their mess was cleaned up as they went. Very nice job and we are quite pleased, so far. 04/19/2019 Update.. Since having the windows done we've had to have 1 of them replaced twice for defects in the same window. Now 2-3 months after, we have 2 more windows that appear to have scratches in them. When the rain runs down the front, the water pools up on the scratches. It looks awful. Not sure what I should now, I'm tired of calling them to complain. 7/10/2019 Update.. Today we got a letter from the city, it says we never got the project inspected. I called McVay and was told that it was my job to schedule that. C'mon, seriously?? The contractor pulls the permit but it's my job to call the inspector and finalize the job. Wow. Unbelievable.

My wife had called this company to request a bid on a price to have our Manufactured Home resided with Vinyl while I was at work I am not sure whom she spoke with on the phone but the Company Employee proceeded to tell my Wife that nobody does siding on Manufactured Homes any more, well to be honest I am not satisfied with the company because my Wife has been checking around and I have 2 companies coming to my residence to give me a bid on doing a vinyl siding job on my trailer I would not recommend this company if you own a Manufactured Home

One of their employees stole every piece of emergency and auto equipment out of the trunk of my car. It was a couple crates full. I had a good description of the employee specifically, and they knew exactly whom I was speaking of when I called them to report it. Once I was contacted by a superior, whom I believe was the owner.. I was told that “if they found any property, it would’ve been put in the property shed.” So they will ask the employee and search the shed, then get back to me. I was eventually told the employee I was referring to was asked about it, and he said that he put it all in the “property shed”, but that when they checked, none of my property was in there. Well, there you go. Multiple people saw this employee with my property. He “claims” to have put it in the property shed, yet, it’s not in the property shed. They literally gave me an “oh well, nothing we can do” answer at that point. Are you kidding me? At least $450 worth of property was stolen out of my vehicle by one of your employees, and you’re not going to do a thing about it? Terrible. They are supposed to be trusted to work on people’s homes. Yet, they’re not trustworthy, and their superiors back their dishonesty. I would never allow any of the employees of McVay’s on my property, given my previous experience with them.
