High pressure salesman. Would not listen to me. He used all the techniques of a used car salesman: Started by showing me his family picture, call me by my first name 27 times in the first 15 minutes, tell me that I had to agree that this is the best product (which I didn't). Discounts started to show up when I would not buy. He even called his supervisor to see if he could extend the offer a day. He would not leave when I asked several times. I had to demand he leave. 2 1/2 hour of my life I will never get back. If they have a quality product, I don't know because I can't get past the salesman. To the owners of Harley: If your product is really that good, then let it sell itself. These high pressure sales techniques only convince me (and likely others) never to use you as a contractor. Follow-up: I had my windows replaced by another company that did excellent work. Two of the windows I had replaced were replacement windows, not original on the house. One of these windows was separating from the house, being improperly installed. Although the windows seemed fine, the installation was questioned and commented by two separate contractors. When theses windows were removed, they were found to be a Harley Exterior windows.

So showing up for a local hockey game with my buddies from work, the last thing on my mind was to replace my windows. Working long hours, I have found it hard to schedule any time to get a quote on a project that was overdo. Our windows were in need of being replaced so it was a convenience seeing a company offering free in home inspections and estimates. I was immediately greeted by a cheerful member of the Harley Crew. Kristi, the delightful Event Manager was hosting the company booth with a few other friendly helpers. Kristi made it simple to schedule someone to come to our home and perform a free inspection and estimate. We were contacted the day before to confirm our appointment and reminded that the process would take 60-90 minutes, depending on any questions we may have. The friendly sales rep Ellio showed up on time, was friendly and inspected our windows, answered questions we had. Worked with us to choose the right products for our home and gave us a great price. The installation was quick and easy. When a concern came up about one of our windows we contacted Harley Exteriors. Janet was a pleasure to speak with and seemed genuinely interested in our concern and took immediate steps to remedy it. We are very pleased with the exceptional service we received from Harley Exteriors.

Installed 12 windows and a sliding door in just one day; the crew was on time, professional, and helped get a few things out of the way. It’s been 2 weeks since the installation and they’re all looking pretty good. I love how they were available just about any time of day for us to call. Our rep made it really easy for us to make a deal and see it all go through smoothly.

We had bought a new house. While seeking out insurance, we were told it wouldnt happen without a new roof, so we found Harley exteriors on good and gave them a call. The sales rep came out and he was very respectful of our house and some of the things we were asking for. Our new roof looks great and I will recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone who asks.

This company is dishonest, manipulative and predatory. We had Harley exteriors come out to give us a quote on a new roof. The visit took three hours. The entire time the representative was polite, and very nice, but almost robotic in his presentation. He was going to “sell” us on every aspect of their company and their product. At the end, the quote we were given was $72,000. The quote was written out on a legal pad, was a singular number, and the rep refused to itemize the quote. We we were also told we HAD to finance the roof through their lender. Then the rep asked if we were ready to sign a contract with them, right then and there. When we said “no,” we wanted to get some other quotes, they lowered the price, $6,000. We said “no” again. Harley rep: “well, you are in luck, we never do this.” They lowered the price $6000, again. The rep then told us that once they left our house, the offer to lower the price, was no longer an option. We were polite, and thanked him, and he left. Since that night, we have gotten 3 quotes. Every single quote we have gotten, has been $50,000 less than Harley Exteriors. The last company, who we decided to go with, was $60,000 less than Harley Exteriors, for the EXACT SAME PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION. One week later, Harley Exteriors has called me 9 times. I spoke to their sales manager this evening. He offered to match the quote we got, from the company we are going with. I told him I was appalled that they wasted our time with their initial quote and presentation. Do not use Harley Exteriors. In fact, beware of Harley Exteriors.
