First off, let me say that Florin, the owner of the company, is very polite and talks to his clients very respectfully. But, in my case, his roof cleaning methods were horrible. I had his company pressure wash the moss off my roof in the summer. I live next to a creek and will not use chemicals that may harm aquatics. I was absent during the cleaning process, but checked the work when I returned home. Right away I noticed broken composition tiles, shingle granules very much reduced from the roof and some shingles so worn that the tips only showed fiberglass strands. I knew I had lost years on my roof. He uses a rotary machine much like that used to pressure wash driveways and sidewalks. Not a recommended way of cleaning from anyone else I have talked to, regardless of the pressure used. Florin did come out to look at the damage and he did compensate me for some shingles I needed to replace. I was hoping that would be the end of the problems. Not so. When the rainy season started all heck broke loose. I had water dripping onto the family room sofa. A patch job for that did not work. I had the owner of the roofing company come out and check the entire roof. He found three leaks on the lower level of the house. In the second floor attic there were so many leaks that we could not count them all. Result- I had to have the entire house re-roofed at a cost of $16,507. Since I do not have before and after pictures I could never prove in court that the water leaks were caused by All Washed Up Exteriors. However, I can tell you this. I never had any roof leaks of any sort or broken shingles before this roof cleaning job. Buyer Beware!
