These people are extremely unethical (and their partners, M. Harrison Asphalt and D&G Sealants, who are all relatives in the same neighborhood). They set up IMSI devices, and employed other means to spy on their neighbors (for multiple reasons... theft being an equally primary goal). Can *NOT* be trusted. All the people living in this area refer to them ALL as gypsies because of how unethical they are....
