Did my neighbours roof.... left garbage, water bottles, nails and shingles all on my side of the fence with no clean up!! Nice touch make a mess of my side yard!! Guess I know who not to hire!!

I be been chasing Bob and Dave SHERIDAN to honour the warranty since March 2018. Now I’m told that it has to do with the vents that he told the previous owner and my friend that they should have been replaced. Of course it’s not noted on my contract and my friend doesn’t recall that recommendation. To top it off they are TOO busy and short staffed to fix the roof. What is the point of a warranty. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHeridan or Scarborough Roofing. Whatever name they are going by.
