It is with great pleasure that I write a review for ISLAND ROOFING and express my heartfelt appreciation to the account representative who handled my claim, Mark Burger. I live in Valencia Lakes at Orange Tree in Naples and my roof was one of many that sustained roof damage due to Hurricane Irma. I talked to neighbors who were going through the contractor selection and insurance claim process and they described it as a daunting and frustrating experience at best. I obtained three quotes from roofing companies and the quote presented by Mark was head and shoulders above the other two because it was very thorough and comprehensive. The quote reflected Mark's expertise and his familiarity with the roofing business and no detail was spared in the compilation of the estimate. I filed a claim with my insurance company in late September and Mark was the interface who handled the process from its inception through completion. He was very customer oriented and organized while displaying his confidence and conviction while dealing with insurance companies. I was prepared for a long drawn out process just as some of my neighbors were experiencing but Mark's handling of the claim was smooth and seamless and he obtained an approval in just three weeks. I firmly believe that Mark's thoroughness and attention to detail in the preparation of the quote were a factor in the quick turn around by the insurance auditor assigned to my claim. Mark met every timeline and commitment he made and he inspected the work after every phase to ensure the finest quality. He also lives in Valencia Lakes at Orange tree, which made him very accessible and he kept me abreast of the entire project. He said we'd have a new roof by Christmas and he delivered on his promise. I can't say enough good things about Mark because the entire process was so well coordinated and handled in such a professional manner that there wasn't a single glitch. I highly recommend ISLAND ROOFING and their account representative, Mark Burger without equivocation whatsoever and I will gladly enlist their services again should the need arise.

Great company! Their company production is amazing, they take extreme care of the job sites and their clients. In the construction industry, the clean up at job sites is paramount and these guy's take that very seriously. Between the crews on the jobs and the professionalism that we have seen with the office staff, these guy's really know what they are doing. I'd recommend them again & again!

Although I believe it's important to see ratings from customers, I feel it is just as important for potential clients to get an inside view of the company from a contractor who works for them. I can tell you with up most confidence, this IS the most reputable and honest roofing company I've ever worked for. I've worked for several roofing companies before Island Roofing, and they all say they can provide the best/quality service but not always upholding to that standard. This company shows with action, they are one of the best to employees, contractors, & customers alike. The quality of work and top-of-the-line roofing systems used always exceed expectation. Construction is never perfect, but the integrity of the company shows through-and-though before the project even begins, giving you the ease of a smooth and easy process for each individualized project. If you ever get the chance to meet the owners or contractors, you'll instantly become a friend, not just another customer:)

Had some hick-ups but they were due to post Irma delays from our insurance company & our mortgage company. Very satisfied with Island Roofing's job regarding the repairs & replacement of our entire tile roof. Now doing a great job taking care of those loose ends that are always there after any major re-roofing. Will definitely use them again for our roofing needs and tell all our friends & neighbors about their great service.

About 3/4 finished with our re roof. Do not have anything negative. It has taken some time, but I understand this post Irma period where many homeowners are in this process, puts demands on labor and materials. Very satisfied with their ability to work with our insurance.
