Thermoseal met all of our expectations! Werner the owner was informative and very personable. This company offers a quality product for a fair price, very competitive pricing! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to install a quality metal roof. We have had numerous compliments of a stellar job! This company was prompt at finishing even with weather set backs. The workers were clean and polite. There was never a mess left at the end of each work day. They strive to ensure that we were satisfied with the final product. If anything was questionable they discussed it immediately. Thank you Werner to you and your team for an amazing job!

The man who operates Thermoseal M.R.S.Barrie area... ie:Werner Ebner et al: is a criminal;he lies;he defrauds;he steals.Please refer to comments on this page by Barbara A Crosby;Jenn Gerrior;John Curran; .....as they"describe"much of our experience as well.(fifteen hrs.TOTAL spent actually"on the job"over a period of 6+weeks) To add;Ebner was paid a full 80% of total; for only 50% of material and 30% of work done.(a mortgage was arranged to do this)Two roofing companies consulted since he abandoned the job(Fall of 2018) advise; that at least 40% of what is installed will have to be REMOVED;perhaps ALL. .His"installers"...all...imo:"substance abusers"left Ebner;claiming he did not pay them.My partner has suffered with MS for over 20yrs and now has Cancer.The stress of this unecessary "EBNER NIGHTMARE"has taken years from his life.At this time I am too busy to prepare "legal action";but everything Ebner did; or failed to do; is documented; and legal counsel has been retained.His day will come....he must not be allowed to continue to ruin people's lives.Note: a picture of many on record is included.(a picture is worth a thousand words)This was taken when the job was"abandoned";and the ridge vents were left ripped open.Sharp metal cut-offs all over the property/wind blowing loose tiles off the roof/Since most of the installed tiles have to be RE installed;the eventual cost of this"project" will be more than double of what was agreed;as thousands went straight into Ebners pocket.The money Ebner defrauded us out of; pales in comparison to the suffering he has caused and the "years" he has taken from my partner. I have absolutely no doubt that any"positive"comment on this page is fake.I was"suspect"of this man when I met him; but my partner has;or "had"; a very big heart;always open to all .... that this "monster" Werner Ebner has crushed.That is unforgiveable. They did our roof (first they started in Oct when they were supposed to start in Jun) and the work took even longer than expected. After just a couple of years, the roof is leaking and I have called a few times and no one has called back.

I do not know where to start do I start at bad and end at terrible. Our journey with this terrible company started in May it is now Mid October and it is still not finished. That should be the first reason you should not hire this company. First off Werner is a terrible person to deal with. He ignores your calls and your texts. I received many very derogatory texts from him insulting me and not giving me any answers. He is very rude and disrespectful to his paying customers. If I could post how he wrote to me I would. It went as far as he send me a text he thought he was sending his roofer swearing about me. He takes on jobs and sends 1 roofer to complete the entire job. We waited almost 7 weeks to have our material delivered which was not what we wanted. He claimed the roof supplier changed our straight boards to another style. We were basically stuck taking material we did not want, or we would have to wait for it to be reordered. Roofer showed up with not the proper ladders for a high roof. When he did show he came for about 2-3 hrs a day. He was the entire crew 1 person. It took him over a month to complete the job. His work was good but very slow since he had no help and only came for 2-3 hrs. When the job was finished I let Werner and the roofer know that on one side the roof had waves in it. I was told it would be fixed. After a month of asking the roofer says he came back to fix, but still looks the same. Werner has not even acknowledged it needs to be fixed. When Werner wants money from you he demands it even when no work has been done. This is the worst company I have ever come in contact with. If you are thinking want a metal roof look elsewhere. Unless you want a huge head ache and want to be treated terrible. I hate to see if I had an issue like a leak. If you want to know the truth about this company just call his supplier Steele Tile and they will tell you the same thing. I wish I could have know this before. Do not believe any of his responses that it is not his fault its all his fault. You pay 1/3 deposit goes to order material. You pay 1/3 on delivery goes in his pocket. last 1/3 you pay roofer since that is their cut and Werner then does not have to see or deal with you when you are so upset. Very upset customer who will let anyone and everyone know this Roofing company is TERRIBLE
