Mallard came in to do our roof this spring (2018). Justin came to do the quote for us. He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took the time to go up on our roof and take a look at state it was in, including the vents. He went through three quotes with us, showing us 3D modelling on his iPad, and spoke highly of all three options instead of just the most expensive one. There was no hard sell. He answered questions and gave us time to think about our options with no pressure. His work crew were also professional and great to talk to. They explained the work they were doing to us and were able to speak more about the issues we had now that the old shingles were off. They were done in a couple of days and did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. Our new roof made it through the crazy wind storm we had in April with flying colours. He has also done a number of our neighbours' roofs. We were very happy with their work and would hire them to do our roof again.
