We contacted Ryan Sullivan and Binny Yun to inspect our roof a year after Hurricane Irma. Ryan and Binny arrived the day I called for a free inspection. They showed us that our roof was a "mess" and we entered discussions about replacing the roof with Decra's Amalfi Sand. The team that took off the existing ceramic tiles cleaned up beautifully. The team that installed the metal roofing, lead by Kenny, also did a wonderful job installing the metal tiles and cleaning up following their work. Interesting note about Ryan and Binny, they inspected roofs of friends of ours and were quick to point out when replacement roofs were not needed. These two are very honest, knowledgeable about their products, and, perhaps most importantly, extremely customer service oriented. One or the other was around when inspectors showed up and when the roof was being replaced to make sure there were no surprises. I have recommended these two and RRCA to many in our neighbors who have also taken advantage of their services. Don't believe one could go wrong working with these two and RRCA!!!

Douglas McDaniel from RRCA roofing came to our home after Hurricane Irma. This was at a time when Other roofing companies where over promising & definitely underperforming. When Douglas came to our house, it was genuinely to help us continue to secure our home. Later, we collaborated with Douglas & RRCA for a total roof replacement. Although the performance Was not perfect, Douglas was flawless! He was always there 100% for our family, providing excellent Immediate service to fix our roofing issues. As with most homes in Naples, it took awhile to complete the roof replacement process, but at the same time, I understand that the volume of work following Hurricane Irma was substantial. I still had my roof replaced months ahead of my neighbors' who used different contractors, and RRCA worked with my insurance company to make sure they understood the scope of the job and got my entire claim approved. The job was completed professionally and looks great, and all small issues afterward were addressed quickly by their very attentive project managers and support staff. I would recommend RRCA to family and friends to have their roof repaired or replaced.

Austin Norton is the best!!! So often in the construction industry communication is lost and no one knows what is happening and they don't even seem to care. Austin kept me informed on every phase. He made no outlandish promises and kept his word in every move that was made. I would urge everyone to contact him with any roofing need. Simply the best!!!
