Very bad experience not reply back after u found damage or other problem which they said under warranty once u pay them that’s it

Work was completed on time, now comes the problem, after 4 years I have tried to contact them, this lady keeps telling me the wrong number and than hangs up on me. y shingles are peeling up, I may need to replace again, so this is a fly by night operation, there is no warranty, you are screwed. Pay a little more and get a reputable contractor. These lawn signs, stay away !!!!

The absolute worst company ever. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called and called and called...they don't show up. They make promises and don't keep them. They do not follow up on appointments they made. My roof was leaking last year and they didn't bother showing up until over a week later, when the damage internally was done. They told me to "go ahead and sue them" and other nonsense. They didn't have the decency to offer any compensation. Sure ask them for a quote and they will show up the next day. I have been trying for months to get these people to fix my damage. This IS NOT the way. This isn't a game of hide n' seek. I call once, You come once. It's that simple BUT NOT HERE. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE EVER. I should have gone through Home Depot. At least they honour their warranty and that is EVERYTHING.
