I met with Luch and he took the time to explain things, and brought in sample material and gave us time to choose and think things over. They put no pressure to buy at any time and I truly appreciated this from them. The options were well priced. The installing team was courteous, on time, and the job was finished on time as they planned out for me. The metal material and strap length and thickness was high quality and was up to the the latest industry standards.
